The Designer Behind the House
Born in Romania and based in Nicosia, Cyprus, since 1999, Ramona Filip is a self-taught designer whose creative vision is guided by an instinctive understanding of proportion, colour and fabric.
In the summer of 2002, she presented her debut haute couture collection, The Dream, marking the launch of the RAMON FILIP label. This first collection established the foundations of a design journey shaped by creativity, dedication and a distinctive approach to contemporary elegance. Since then, Ramona has presented her work through fashion shows in London, Athens and Nicosia, bringing her vision to an international audience.
In 2009, she received the Best Designer of the Year award at the Madame Figaro Women of the Year Awards, presented by renowned stylist and fashion icon Patricia Field. In 2012, she expanded the house into luxury leather goods, introducing handbags crafted from exotic leathers sourced from some of the world's finest tanneries.

Today, Ramona Filip continues to design from her Nicosia studio, where the house's collections are developed with a focus on individuality, elegance and the art of dressing. From statement evening gowns to elevated prêt-à-porter, each design reflects a balance of timeless appeal and contemporary sensibility.
Every Ramon Filip creation is made to order, allowing each piece to be prepared with individual attention to fit and finish. Clients may select their Italian size, from IT36 to IT46, or provide their measurements for a more personalised fit.
